Zetcom was incorporated in 1994 as the property development and management arm for the DZB Group of Companies. Since then, the Company has developed successful project ranging from shop houses, to office complexes and residential estates

Kenapa Kami?
The evolution of the Company saw its growth into a Group of Companies of its own. Through organic and strategic acquisitions, expansion was achieved into civil construction, interior design consultancy, provision of sports and event facilities and general trading with a cumulative net tangible asset (NTA) value of approximately RM20 million.
Nonetheless, the Group still maintain its property development as its core activities although fully diversified in operation. Strong values emanate throughout the organization and thus become the essence and the foundation. It is through these values that the Group continues to strive further for excellence in the hope that we could contribute significantly to the growth of the nation.
